We use real ingredients from Cumbria, carefully selected from producers we know and trust.

From 12 – 5.30pm each day we serve a selection of hot meals, sandwiches and homemade desserts in our cosy Lounge.

From 9 – 9.30pm in our Lounge, you can enjoy a range of hot and cold sandwiches with fillings from local Cumbrian producers.

Our family farm, just 2 miles away

As a farming business we are proud to belong to a community of local producers.

We work with a network of local producers, including our own family farm just 2 miles away, to bring you delicious dishes to enjoy in our Restaurant or by the fire in our Lounge.

Wherever possible, we use quality, local, seasonal ingredients. When sourcing our produce, we look for the best product, but we always start local.

Beef and lamb is sourced from our own family farm, located just outside Tebay village. Our animals are naturally reared and grass fed to ensure happy animals and high quality produce.

Enjoy local free range eggs from South Lakeland, Cumbrian muesli from Lakeland Mues, or a hearty full English breakfast with sausages and bacon from our Butchery.

We’ve got a special menu just for your little ones. We’re sure they’ll love the beef burgers made in our butchery, or our selection of homemade thin crispy pizzas. There’s even a page of activities to keep them entertained throughout dinner.
