What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm onwards. Check-out is at 10am.
Do you have electric charging facilities?
Our 6 brand new overnight electric chargers are live! Hotel guests need to have their own cable for charging.
NOW LIVE 12 new ultra-rapid Westmorland Charging points at our Northbound services and 4 at our Southbound services.
There are also eight Tesla charge points at Tebay Southbound which can be accessed from either side of the motorway.

Do you offer late check-in?
Our doors do get locked at 11pm but we have a team member on duty through the night who will be able to check you in after 11pm.
The first set of doors are automatic. If the second set of doors are locked, please dial ‘0’ on the phone provided and one of our team will come and check you in.
I’m travelling Southbound. How do I get to the Hotel?
If you’re travelling on the Southbound M6, exit the motorway at Tebay Services and take the first left turn (signposted Hotel) when entering the car park. At the top of the hill, turn left at the t-junction and use the service road that crosses the M6. Take the first left towards Westmorland Hotel (signposted). The Hotel is on your right.

Are you pet friendly?
We are! We have a number of pet-friendly Classic rooms, and there is a small charge for each pet. There is also an area of our Lounge where you can relax with your pets during your stay. Unfortunately we don’t allow pets in our Crafted rooms.

If you think you may have left something on site during your visit, please call us on 015396 24351 or send an email to [email protected] with your name, contact details, information about your lost item, and whether you visited our northbound or southbound services.

When making your dinner reservation, please let a member of our Reception team know about any specific dietary requirements you have.
